each shift, i am dedicated to conjuring smiles...
cos i know that smile.
could be the first genuine smile they've had the whole day...

woke up at 8.50am...
alarm was set for 9am...
by my standards,
waking up at 9 on a non-working day is considered pretty early...

woke up,
ate,
showered and went for yoga...

second time going for yoga...
45 minutes only,
shorter session compare to the first,
less psositins, slightly more flexible...
so i guess thats why not so tiring...


gymed a little after yoga class...
showered and left cos i was hungry already...
bought faceshop on the way home....
