had my CMC level 2 today...
paper was fine...
had lots of help from everyone along the way...
thats why it was fine...
something did catch my off guard...
wad beverage got less that 200 calories?
WTF...
who is the right state of mind will go count the calories in their coffee?
then i thought of americano and solo espresso...
no milk no nothing else...
should be correct la...( i hope)

then the other sections were bar, selling merchandise, and 4 fundamentals...
got full marks for merchandise...
kena minus 1 mark for my solo espresso cos the cup was stained...
by the previous user...

picked the wrong cup of coffee...

it wasn't proportion that was wrong...
it was the grind size that was wrong...
failed to notice that the "wrong" cup had a very heavy body...
BUT the "correct" cup's acidity was way damn high for rwanda lor...

ARGHHH...

kena minus 3 marks...
still kena minus another mark for failing to say that coffee must be stored in air-tight container...
even thought that there is flavor lock...
still must use air-tight container!!!!
